SHIPPING & RETURNS
Preorders
Products marked as ''PREORDER'' are not available for immediate shipment.
Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page and may vary slightly due to production or logistical delays.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we will process & ship the products separately.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Denmark.
We ship all orders using GLS to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Couriers collect packages from our warehouses on business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags
Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may not qualify for a full refund. In that case, we can offer you a partial refund or send the product back to you.

- Reason for return
Return instructions will then be provided by email.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for return processing after delivery of the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect size or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs. We will then work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as quickly & efficiently as possible.
