SHIPPING & RETURNS

Preorders

Products marked as ''PREORDER'' are not available for immediate shipment.

Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page and may vary slightly due to production or logistical delays.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we will process & ship the products separately.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Denmark with GLS.

Orders are packed and shipped within 7 business days of ordering. GLS transit time comes on top: usually 1 business day in Denmark and 2-6 business days to other EU countries.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it, for any reason.

Please return items:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With tags attached
  • Well packed

You may try the items on as you would in a store. If an item has been used more than needed to try it, we may deduct the loss of value from your refund.

Want a different size? Use our exchange portal: return.shipmondo.com/moestombytning

  • Enter your order number and email
  • Choose the items and the reason for return
  • Get your label or QR code and drop the parcel off at a GLS ParcelShop

Any return shipping fee is shown in the portal before you complete your return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and checked your return.

The money usually arrives within 2 bank days, but it can take up to 10 bank days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@moestshop.com with your order number and photos. We will solve it as quickly as possible.

You always have the right to complain about defects for 2 years after delivery, under Danish consumer law. A complaint made within 2 months of discovering the defect is always made in time.
